Practical Sleep Deprivation Treatment
Sleep deprivation can impinge detrimental effects to brain functions, mental processes and behavior. It is a
condition which must not be allowed to persist because it can lead to worse consequences. Sleep deprivation treatment is necessary before irreversible social, physical
and psychological complications set in.

is encouraged.
- Work related or frequent travels which cause sleep deprivation need a change of lifestyle and work, ideally
